We ship by regular air mail, in unmarked envelopes. We guarantee delivery.

GROUP PURCHASES

We will provide one free Soubra™ for every four ordered at the full unit price. Simply place your order in the usual way and let us know, by Email, the specifications of your free unit(s). *IMPORTANT* Do not include your complimentary unit(s) in your order.

REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We will provide a full, unconditional refund (excluding return postage cost) for any order posted back to us within 30 days of the date it was received.

Our Soubra™ are fully guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of two years from the date of receipt.

Any purchase posted back to us within 30 days of the date it was received can be exchanged for another of different type or dimension at no additional charge.
