Ms. O'Sullivan of the UK wrote: Before using the Soubra I really felt that I was going to have to undergo reconstructive surgery sooner rather than later, although I really did not feel ready to undergo further surgery yet. The Soubra has given me the comfort and confidence to delay this further surgery until I am ready. Further when I am dressed I would deny anyone being able to tell that I have had a mastectomy when wearing the Soubra.

Ms. Hemsley of the UK wrote: My prosthesis is quite substantial and usually becomes misshapen when put in a pocket, something that doesn't happen with the Soubra. I have been very pleased with how the Soubra has worked for me.

Judy Farcey of Musquodoboit, Nova Scotia, Canada wrote: I just want to tell you how happy I am with the Soubra. I have tried everything I can think of to try and get some comfort when wearing my prosthesis. I found the prostheis to be heavy and cumbersome and unless I had my bra strap done up tight the prostheis would start drooping during the day. This would bother my shoulder. When I saw the soubra it just seemed too simple to work, but it did. I still use my special bras because I don't like the feel of the prostheis against my skin. A simple adjustment and the soubra works with it. I cannot tell you what a difference this has made to me. Thank you very much.

Ms. J. Van Horn of Ohio, USA wrote: The soubras are great! They help hold the breast forms better since the weight is easier to tolerate. Also, since my breast forms have nipples, it helps keep them in place for a more bilateral appearance.

Barbara Thompson of Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, Canada wrote: Just wanted you to know how much I've enjoyed using the Soubra. As a 36 year old breast cancer survivor, it's nice to know something has been invented to offset the heavy feel of a prosthesis. Not only does it allow me to wear any bra with my prosthesis, but more importantly I feel assured that the prosthesis will stay in place. I was also delighted to discover that after wearing the Soubra, my minor shoulder ache disappeared. It's nice to know someone is going one step further in helping breast cancer survivors live a more normal life.

Edith Rick of Sackville, NovaScotia, Canada wrote: I am a very active person and lead a hectic lifestyle. From travelling, golfing, rowing, bowling and anything else that comes my way I am ready to go at it with a lot of zest. I had been using an "insertion style bra" for the prothesis until I began using the Soubra. I have been using the Soubra now for a year and have found that it gives good balance between carrying the weight of the prothesis between my shoulder and my bra. I can also now wear a regular sport bra which gives the extra support needed for my uncompromised breast.

There is very little care involved with the Soubra and for something that looks so simple, it gives an added measure of comfort when wearing the prothesis. I enjoy the Soubra because of the mobility that it affords me in my physical activities.

Mrs. Dempsey of Western Australia wrote: I have been wearing the Soubra on and off for a few weeks now and find that when wearing the Soubra my normal bra can be worn more loosely which assists me greatly because of my scar line therefore making it a big plus in my books for the soubra
